Old school Hot Rods are not all that common to Northern Michigan, but Mike Manning’s recent creation is a reminder they can be found.  It is a testament to the early builders of Hot Rods.  The black satin paint on this original tin body goes back to a simpler time when Hot Rods were built in the back garage- not to show, just to go. Under the hood, Mike has added a few semi-modern elements to his A Truck like a balanced and warmed up Chevy 350 small block engine and automatic transmission.
We look forward to seeing this great truck running the streets of northern Michigan this summer and showing it off at the NM3 Warehouse Auto Jumble this September.
